Before you go and watch this next trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming, you might want to reconsider. The first trailer was a wonderful tease of things to come but the second trailer gives away a ton of new story elements I did not see coming, and hence, if you are of the mind to see things fresh in the theaters, then don't look now.

Gobs of Spider-Man products on Amazon

But with that said,

We get a ton of new info and looks at Michael Keaton as Vulture / Adrian Toomes, we get to see how the suit works on and with Peter Parker and a few more shots of Marisa Tomei as Aunt May. Some say she's too young to play Aunt May, and technically, that's true. But then again, she's going to help pull in a specific demographic of adult men who will totally enjoy the casting. Just saying!

Spider-Man Homecoming also makes me feel like Tom Holland (Peter Parker) is so much more the perfect fit for this role.

Below are both trailers for Spider-Man Homecoming:

LOGAN and KONG Movie Reviews

So where have my movie reviews gone, you ask? I've been putting them over on m other website,

In a nutshell, Logan was a surprising film of drama and action, both mixed so well together, breaking the mold of the usual third act of all violent resolutions. As far as Kong: Skull Island goes, it's fairly typical for a giant monster film and I wish they had not spoiled all of John C. Reilly's good scenes in the previews.

Logan by far, is the best developed and written Marvel film to date. It stars Hugh Jackman & Patrick Stewart reprising their roles of Wolverine and Professor X, along with Dafne Keen as Laura, Eriq La Salle, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant & Elizabeth Rodriguez. The film was directed by James Mangold (Girl, Interrupted, Walk the […]

Kindred Spirits was renewed by TLC for a second season.

Mercy Street has been cancelled by PBS.

One Day at a Time was renewed by Netlflix for season number two.

Riverdale got a second season order from The CW. The show is an adult take based on the Archie comics. (I've collected the episodes in the DVR, just haven't gotten to it yet.)

So You Think You Can Dance is getting Mary Murphy back in the judges seat! Paula Abdul will not be returning.

Star Wars Rebels was renewed for a fourth season by Disney XD!  Considering how they pumped out some fantastic story content in the last few episodes, especially that huge tie-in with a very famous moment in the Star Wars cannon two eps ago, well, they better keep cranking out episodes!  But then again, why wouldn't they? It was their number viewed series on the network.

TV NEWS 032217: Great News for FORTITUDE Fans; INCORPORATED Dumped, Bob Harper (TBL).

I have a few tidbit on Doubt, Fortitude (which I go on and on about) and Syfy's Incorporated.

Katherine Heigl's Doubt got cancelled after only two episodes. (In case you were wondering where it went.) I'm not sure what they'll be doing if they had other episodes in the can. Then again, who cares?

Fortitude is getting picked up by Amazon!!! And that's fantastic news! Because I can DOWNLOAD Fortitude to watch it, as opposed to Netflix's limited download options.

But what's better than that is that Fortitude was an excellent, gripping science drama about an isolated town facing an environmental change from parasites and pathogens that were being released by a melting fossil. (The town exists in the frozen tundra of somewhere seriously remote.) The show felt like and almost acted like a great sci-fi series, but it was not! (Crap, that might have been a spoiler!)

The first season included Stanley Tucci, and Richard Dormer, Sofie Gråbøl, and Luke Treadaway. New cast coming to the series will include Dennis Quaid, Parminder Nagra, Michelle Fairley, Robert Sheehan, and Ken Stott.

To me this sounds absolutely wonderful and I cannot wait.

IN CASE you were wondering why Amazon is picking up the series, the network that first created and aired the series, Pivot, went under, which worried me, but apparently the show did well enough for Amazon to take heed and pick it up!

Can't wait, can't wait and um, I kind of looking forward to it. It's coming out later this year.

See my TV review of Fortitude:

Things Coming To NETFLIX, April, 2017 (MST3K)

Things Coming To NETFLIX, April, 2017 (MST3K)

This coming April 2017 something cool and new is coming out on Netflix and boy do Mystery Science Theater 3000 fans have something to look forward to when a brand new season kicks in gear on Netflix on the middle of April!!! If you remember, they had a fundraiser on Kickstarter to see if they could stock enough cash to film a season of episodes.

All they were hoping for was a few million to film a few episodes, but instead, they netted 114% of their needed monies, so MST3K shot FOURTEEN NEW EPISODES including a holiday special. How sweet is that?

Other than that, we have titles like A Nightmare on Elm Street, Gremlins, Schindler’s List, and a bunch more like The Secret Life of Pets!!!

You might notice I highlighted The Prestige down there. It's a 2006 Christopher Nolan film with Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman.  If you want to see a great story, watch it. BUT dodge spoilers or it will take the wind out of the sails of the movie. Just sit back, relax and let it pull you in.

What I'll do is present the list of titles alphabetically and their premiere dates next to the title.

TV News 3-14-17: EMPIRE, FARGO, SUITS and More

Today's news bits covers Black Sails, Days of Our Lives, Empire, Fargo, Lethal Weapon, Behind Enemy Lines, Six, Star, Suits and The Mick.

- - -

Black Sails older content, seasons 1-3, will be moving to Hulu. Well, we'll never see that show anywhere else again!

Days of Our Lives was renewed by NBC, FOR A 52ND SEASON!

Demi Moore will be guesting on a few episodes of Empire in the upcoming second half of this season.

Fargo is returning for its third season on FX, on April 19th. It's a great show. Weird, offbeat, but it sucks you in.

Lethal Weapon got the nod for a second season by Fox.

Marg Helgenberger (CSI) has landed a role in the remake of Behind Enemy Lines over on Fox.  McG is directing the pilot episode.

Six was renewed by History for a second season.  Wait.. why didn't I hear of this before? It sounds like my kind of escapism:  follows members of Navy SEAL Team Six, modern American warriors, whose covert mission to eliminate a Taliban leader in Afghanistan, starring Walton Goggins. I love everything this guy does.

Star will be returning for a second season on Fox.

Suits MIGHT be getting a spinoff on USA, starring Gina Torres.

The Mick was renewed for a second season by Fox.

This latest clip from Transformers: The Last Knight was aired during the Kids Choice Awards show, seems pretty appropriate.

But it could be a spoiler if you're avoiding the noise of clips and such that do tend to spoil surprises in the films you go see.

TV News for 3-9-17: AHS, ANIMAL KINGDOM, OITNB And More

The seventh season of American Horror Story is going to tackle this year's presidential election. Now THAT is going to be a freak show of a season!

Animal Kingdom premieres its second season on TNT on Tuesday, May 30th. If you liked Sons of Anarchy, this is that, but on a different level of gritty.

Chelsea second season will be available from Netflix starting April 14th.

Goliath was renewed for a second season by Amazon.

Legion - Are you watching. It was weird but engaging all at once. Check out my TV review over on Brusimm.

Did you know that Orange Is The New Black topped the charts for streaming shows last year? It averaged just over 23 million viewers. It's a fun show, though I get constantly confused when it gets referred to as a comedy. Sure, it has a chuckle here and that, but it's a prison-life drama.

Outlander is set to return for its third season on Starz in September.

Powerless is a show I WILL NOT waste my time watching. I checked out a few episodes and felt it was a pretty lame effort. See my TV barf-view of it on Bruismm.

Southern Charm opens its fourth series on Bravo, on Monday, April 3rd.

Taken, is a show you should NOT waste your time on. Egads. I've heard it called boring, and I've called it a hollow feeling show. it just did not pull me in for any reason. See my TV review of it over on Brusimm.

Tangled got a second season order from Disney Channel.

The Royals gets a fourth season nod from E!

See what came out on Netflix this month.
