I was asked about this, so here it is... it would seem that rumors about Tatum O'Neal hitting up the old rehab for some treatments would seem to be false.
That is, if you want to believe Tatum O'Neal's reps.
The official word is that Tatum is having back issues and needed to start taking pills to deal with it. She has voluntarily checked into a facility with a keen eye towards preventing any substance abuse relapse.
To be honest, that sounds like a respectable approach to her scenario. That's the word on the street for now... and if the Inquisitr is saying she's playing the straight and narrow, well dang, how can you not believe that!? .... crickets ....
