TERMINATOR: GENISYS, Arnold Schwarzenegger Talks

Yes, there will be another Terminator movie, called Terminator: Genisys and it's due out in theaters on May 15th, 2015.  And yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in it.

Along side Arnie, Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) stars as Sarah Connoor and Jai Courtney will be the new Kyle Reese, while Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty) plays John Connor and in theory, J.K. Simmons is also in the film.

It will be directed by Alan Taylor (Thor The Dark World) off a screenplay put together by Laeta Kalogridis (Shutter Island) and Patrick Lussier (Drive Angry).

And in an interview with MTV, Schwarzenegger gives away a few bits of the plot.

(If you're spoiler sensitive, this is the part where you go screaming, running from the room... or avert your eyes and click here to go back to the front page of this great movie news site.)

In the interview he talks about his role as a Terminator and that rather than making his full-time stint look young, the T-800 will be looking like a 60-year-old man.  Aside from saving money, he explained that the human parts that cover the cyborg do indeed age over time, just like the source of the flesh.

He also let another cat out of the bag, and that there will be newer T-800's in the film as well, and being newer, makes them younger.  He hinted that the new versions get reprogrammed somewhere in the movie, with other various twists.

So in this version, the flesh lasts as long as needed.  Which for a Terminator, I didn't think would be that long!

And it will be interesting, to see yet another Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese and John Connor.  Again.  And it will be interesting to see how far off of the original film or some of the sequels the film will veer from?  As it stands, so much has been done over and over with the franshice, at what point will they make Pinto Terminators that explode upon impact?
