ALMOST HUMAN Getting Dumped By FOX

ALMOST HUMAN cancelled
It's official.  News from Fox is that the sci-fi robot cop drama, Almost Human, starring Karl Urban and Michael Ealy, will not be coming back for a second season.

The show didn't quite hit it off with the infamous Nielsen families, as it pulled in a mere estimated 1.5 rating amongst the target demo of the money spending 18-49 year old adults.

Word on the street is that the Josh Holloway starrer, Intelligence, is also on the cancellation bubble.

I had watched the first few episodes of Almost Human, and to some degree, it had a great little snarky attitude, with a cop who is rough around the edges as far as robot partners is concerned.  And the robot attempting to learn how to get along with this guy.

But there are so many things on TV that it was hard to pull more time for the show and watch it.

And therein lies the problem.  There are so many shows on that there will always be a loser or two, because we only have so much time to spread ourselves thin and watch things, whether it's live or time-shifted via VoD or what not.

Bummer for Almost Human.
