Is Person Of Interest Getting Cancelled?

Is Person of Interest getting itself cancelled?

Is Person of Interest in danger of being cancelled? It could be, considering how they only have a 13-episode season coming up instead of their usual 23-episode count season.

No one knows for sure if it will be their last season or not but to be honest, if you think about it, when a network cuts your episode season in half, that can't be good!

But what CBS has done if this turns out to be their last season is give show creator and producer Jonathan Nolan (The Dark Knight films, the upcoming Westworld series) a chance to finish the story or at least end the story at a decent point when it is cancelled.

As you may recall, last season saw some huge events take place, with Samaritan rising, the Machine "fell," Det. Carter badgering Reese (in his head?), and a few other eye-openers.

They're calling the upcoming 13-count season a quick, action-packed season, with The Machine being possibly brought back by Finch, Finch might skip some safeguards the old Machine had installed. As in, giving it more autonomy that Rott always asked for, for it.

Fusco will be asking more questions in this upcoming new season, Root and Finch will NOT be on the same page.

Person of Interest stars Jim Caviezel, Kevin Chapman, Michael Emerson, Amy Acker in a series about "An ex-assassin and a wealthy programmer save lives via a surveillance AI that sends them the identities of civilians involved in impending crimes."
