The theory/rumor is being supported by alleged test footage being shot, and an early press release of toy figurines for the second film.
We'll see.
But regardless, this one has GOT to be better than the first one.

Daredevil, season two, is premiering on NETFLIX on March 18th, 2016. Which means we'll all be absorbing the first season in one gulp and missing work the next day.
The trailer is cool, but it's not showing anything but quoting moments from season one. But then again, we know what's coming. Right?
We will be introduced to Frank Castle this season, AKA The Punisher, (Jon Bernthal). Talk about perfect casting for that one.
And we're also going to see Elektra Natchios, played by Elodie Yung.
Also returning for a second season is Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Scott Glenn as Stick and Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple.

HBO has confirmed that someday soon, there will be a Deadwood movie.
They say that whenever it comes out is all dependent on when series creator David Milch will be done with his present projects and start focusing on this.
Though to be honest, unless his IMDb page is missing info, and it does have the potential of being wrong, I don't see any projects on his slate.
For Deadwood fans, I hope this just isn't some spin to keep you occupied hoping!
