LUCIFER, ROSEWOOD, STARZ, TNT Summer Premieres

Fox announced that both Lucifer and Rosewood have been renewed for their second seasons.

-

HBO has called it quits on Togetherness. So this last season was it's final season.

-

In case you had not noticed, STARZ has rebranded itself to be more exciting and embrace the fans that love going nuts over their favorite shows like Outlander and Ash vs Evil Dead.

The new rebranding is now calling itself Starz: Obsessable.

Encore and the other Encore sister stations, will now be called Starz Encore, etc..

-

Do you think the new Blacklist spinoff will work? It already has my attention with Famke Janssen starring, but can they make it memorable and unique like James Spader has?

TNT Premiere Dates

TNT sent out a press release showing premiere dates for four shows...

Rizzoli & Isles - Monday, June 6
The Last Ship - Sunday, June 12
Major Crimes - Monday, June 13
Murder in the First - Sunday, June 19

These are all great shows. My favorite is Major Crimes. It has the feel of a cinematic theater experience with compelling stories within. My popcorn fun show is The Last Ship.

Here's a complete waste of casting...

Fifty Shades Darker has cast Hugh Dancy as Dr. Flynn.  In other news, they're making a sequel of a movie that was rated 4.1 on IMDb (out of 10), and 25% on Rotten Tomatoes and generally, after all the horny people popped some bucks to see what this noise was all about, it faded into obscurity. Now, they're making a sequel about more abused women. Yay! Right? Not.
