Upcoming AVENGERS Movie Names, LOST BOYS TV Series, Rio Olympics Ratings

AVENGERS 3 & 4 movie names

When the 3rd and 4th Avengers films were initially announced, they were Infinity War, part 1 and 2. But now Marvel is back tracking and changing the film names.

The third film will be called The Avengers: Infinity War and the fourth film name has yet to be named.

The directors said they wanted the two films to feel different or distinctive.

Face it, we saw what happens to franchises when they have parts one and two and even three to their franchises, and that can't help. So they have veered from that premise. In my opinion.

Fans aren't being told the name of the fourth film because the film titles have managed to have spoilers in them, like Age of Ultron.

The Avengers: Infinity War will land in theaters in May 2018 while the sequel will land in May of 2019.

With the Vampire Diaries coming to a close, I'm taking a wild stab at the premise that The CW is hoping to retain their vampire fans because they're to crank up a new series based on The Lost Boys film franchise.

They've tapped Veronica Mars and iZombie creator Rob Thomas for the task at hand, but rather than two human brothers facing off against a clan of vampires, the series will look at what it's like to be immortal.

In this case, the intent is to follow our Lost Boys through a decade per season, with the hopes that the series will cover up to 70 years of time. So each season will present a different time era, different human enemies, different setting or location, with only our vampires remaining the same throughout.

In other news, The Vampire Diaries will come to a close at the end of next season.
