Bill Nye returns to "TV" when Netflix launches a new show called Bill Nye Saves the World. It's a talk show format where each episode will look over a single subject, tackling and refuting any anti-scientific claims that are being made these days by politicians, religious leaders or industry leaders.  This should be an interesting show, indeed. And I presume that there will always be the naysayers who scoff in the face of facts.

Big Brother is going digital, where CBS is now trying a streaming version of the series called Big Brother Over the Top on CBS All Access. It will be a 10-week series and fans will have more opportunities to interact with the house guests.

This experiment could be interesting.

Netflix renewed Stranger Things for a second season. As if that's a surprise!

ABC has reupped their contract to air the Oscars for another eight years. Dang, that's a huge chunk of time.
