AQUARIUS and HANNIBAL Moves to Saturdays

AQUARIUS and HANNIBAL Moves to Saturdays

NBC has had enough. Both Aquarius and Hannibal have been performing pretty badly in the TV ratings department. In fact they're performing so poorly that NBC has moved both shows off to Saturday.

EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELY.

The pair of shows last night to air on Thursdays was July 9th and will now be on Saturday nights.  Aquarius at 9pm and Hannibal at 10pm.

This move suggests that the ratings are poor enough that Aquarius may never see a second season, while Hannibal, which has already been dropped (not renewed) can't even find a home on another network. At least not yet.

So more than likely, this is it for the two shows. Period.

Hannibal is a fascinating movie subject and a riveting one for a quick two-hour spell, and it has done well for at least three seasons, but has worn out its welcome in viewers homes.
