TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2 – 1017

"Katie" delves into the bullying epidemic in America, with two exclusive interviews with families that have been on the receiving end of some of the most egregious examples in recent memory. In her first post homecoming television interview, West Branch, Michigan, teen Whitney Kropp and her family join "Katie" to share the remarkable story of how she overcame a cruel homecoming hoax to become an anti-bullying hero. After years of being bullied, the 16-year-old was excited to be named to the homecoming court at   Ogemaw Heights High School.   Her delight quickly faded when it became clear that it was all part of a vicious prank to ridicule and humiliate her. After Whitney and her family went public with her story and her decision to attend anyway as a way of standing up to those who had tried to embarrass her, there was an outpouring of public support and encouragement, including local businesses who offered their goods and services for the evening. Also sharing her story is San Diego area teen Katie Uffens who says she was forced to change schools after a group of kids in her school created a "Kill Katie Klub" and began recruiting other students to join in putting her down.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3 – 1018

Reality TV isn't just entertainment, it's an obsession. On today's edition of "Katie," viewers hear from their favorite reality stars, including breakout star Kate Gosselin. From Abby Lee Miller, of "Dance Moms'" who talks for the first time about her new show, "Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition" to the cast of "Gold Rush," and "Long Island Medium's" Theresa Caputo, fans will hear exactly what happens behind the scenes from the scene-stealers themselves.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 4 – 1019

"Katie" takes a look at the secret sex lives of Americans and brings to light what is really happening behind closed doors, online, and in sex clubs across the country. Katie interviews New York Times best-selling author Suzy Spencer whose book "Secret Sex Lives: A Year on the Fringes of American Sexuality" is an investigation into what people are really doing in their private, and sometimes public, lives.

Plus, the woman behind one of the most influential organizations of our generation, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, sits down with Katie.  And Katie introduces "Women Who Should Be Famous," a new recurring segment in partnership with Dove. In this first of twelve installments, Katie shares the story of Suzanne Nichols, founder of Save the Arts. Nichols, a teacher and a mentor in Los Angeles, is on a mission to save public school art programs from California state budget cuts.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5 – 1020

Just days before 12 members of the renowned Florida A&M marching band go on trial for the hazing death of drum major Robert Champion, Katie sits down for an exclusive interview with Robert's parents. Also, actor and motivational speaker Hill Harper goes into the field to speak with two of Robert's former band mates, one of whom faces trial next week, about what happened on the night he died.
