What Time is Lance Armstrong's Interview with Oprah?

The fervor is at its height and everyone wants to see this interview between Oprah Winfrey and Lance Armstrong.

The Oprah Winfrey interview with Lance Armstrong will take place over two nights...  Thursday and Friday nights at 9 p.m. EST/PST on OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network.

And if you can't catch it on OWN, the Lance Armstrong interview will also be streamed live on Oprah.com.

Armstrong's ex-wife has been pretty vocal about how this is just another self-serving move on his part.  Some supporters are still hanging on to the hope that he is still who they think or hope he is..

Regardless

The media or marketing has suggested he confesses to his use of performance-enhancing drugs to win the Tour de France seven times.  But earlier this week, she said that he's partially confessed.

But we should see exactly what comes of this interview.  Coming clean is one thing, what one will come clean about is another.  (Yes, I'm suspicious.) This is supposed to be a no-holds barred conversation.  But she's interviewed him before with lack-luster results.

But the world of fans seem to be rather done with Armstrong.  He's fooled people to the extent of having sued other organizations who have stated he used these drugs.  The gall of a move like that is both brilliant and dastardly.

Regardless, this man is done in my book.

Sure... he's a cancer survivor and has started an organization that helps those with cancer.  I give him that, in that specific corner of the world.  But anything else that comes out of his mouth in this interview or any future endeavor is going to sound like Charlie Brown's teacher to me...  "Mwah mwah mwah..."

This interview will smash any present and near-term TV ratings for OWN, of that I'm sure.  And it's a good boon for Oprah's network.  But I really have to wonder what he hopes to accomplish from it.

So, see you there?
