'Johhny Sokko' And His Giant Robot - 1st Episode

I don't know if you saw my other site's movie review of Pacific Rim, which basically says the movie rocked... for what it is.  Popcorn movie fun.

While writing the review, I was taken back to shows or characters I used to watch as a kid...  Robot Jox, Voltron, Jet Jaguar, Johnny Sokko and His Giant Robot.  Man, that show was the bomb... to a young boy.

Obviously Johnny Sokko was pretty cool then.  You'd totally forget about the grey-screened sky backdrop as monsters and robots flew around miniature cities, and battled it out in robot/monster suits.

But that and any project like it was severely limited by technology, or lack there of, compared to our tech now-a-days.  And that tech is crazy cool these days.  It makes many things very, very exciting and cool for today's sci-fi/fantasy movie fan.

But in my reflections, I found the first episode of Johnny Sokko!  So without further blabbering, let's kick it for a few minutes and have some fun.
