But the rumors are speculations off of info that the man himself is offering up to the world. He posted a pic of himself in front of the #2 cover of The Avengers comic book and said this:
"Marvel meeting today...~~~
Only the people in the room can tell you what was discussed...
P.s. Thanks to Our page, for pushing to make it happen… you know I get tunnel vision with my work… and after that meeting today… wow!"
People are starting to take guesses as to what is up. And if he is joining the cast, what character could he be looking to play?
People are tearing up the clues they see.
- Clue #1: "See the new Giant Man" arrow in the poster behind him. Hank Pym.
- Clue #2: He uses the word "vision" in his FB update. People are really eating that one up. And maybe, as you'll see, rightfully so.
- Clue #3: I haven't seen anyone mention the guy in the middle of the melee, the shape-shifting Space Phantom. On the cover, the Phantom is changing from looking like The Hulk and looking more like himself.
The picture behind him could have very little to do with anything except it's a pic in the background, and being the cover for Issue #2, could be equated to the sequel or second movie in the franchise, Avengers 2. Which is one explanation I like.

Clue #4: A few months ago Vin Diesel posted these images on his FB profile:

And maybe, like many good showrunners/directors or actors who like messing with movie fans heads, Vin is playing the subterfuge and dropping hints that are just distracting us. And keeping everyone talking... Maybe he's going to show up in Guardians of the Galaxy, or Ant-Man in a few years... OR even Doctor Strange!
I know one thing for a fact... in time, we'll know, when the official announcements are made. Then the fun of the speculation will be over.
