What Can We Expect With Ziva's Exit From NCIS?

Well, when we all heard that Ziva (Cote de Pablo) was leaving the NCIS team, we were all struck dumbfounded!

And according to NCIS exec producer Gary Glasberg, he was too.

But be it as it may, he told TV Guide in an interview that rather than dwell on what they're losing and the past, they rather, needed to move forward with this new development.

As he put it, "change happens."

So with moving forward, he further said that they spent the last few months figuring out how Ziva would be leaving the team.

And in a word or two, he is going to be heart-wrenching and will be making television history.

Oh my.

He also said that we'll be seeing more back story from Tony, Gibbs and his dad have more quality time and Ducky and Jimmy will apparently have some challenges in this upcoming eleventh season.

Obviously there will more than likely be a new player to take Ziva's place, but who?

I tell ya what.

I if I see one hair of Jamie Lee Curtis, I'll scream.  I dearly hated her character in the show.  There was something about her that did not gel with the outline of the story of the show, regardless of what was happening.  She grated on my nerves and distracted me from the story, and almost ruined the show for me.

I think I'd like to see Tony get more serious.  Not much more, but a bit more would be nice.  His constant recanting of Hollywood facts, though cute, is getting stale.

Maybe more family deets from Abby?

I don't mind ghosts.  Some great shows (Due South) had wise and sage ghosts in them.  Come on, you know who I mean, right Probie?
