Ant-Man Wins Another Weekend

It is no surprise, considering what I have been reading about Pixels, but Ant-Man took this weekend's box-office  (again) by pulling in an estimated $25M.

The horribly reviewed Pixels pulled in an estimated $24M, which for an opening weekend, is not something to write home about and some think that this was Adam Sandler's last straw with movies.

Minions plummeted by 55% from its opening weekend last weekend, netting $22M.

Trainwreck pulled in a "funny" $17.3M and Southpaw apparently did much better than folks were expecting, but it only pulled in just over $16M.

Paper Towns pulled in just under $13M.

The mediocre good flick, Jurassic World, crossed over into the domestic box office third position of all time, hitting $624M. It's already snagged the worldwide box office all-time slot of third.
