When Dark Matter premieres it will be a double-header of back-to-back episodes on its first weekend. In case you did not know, this show is based on a graphic novel created by Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie.

Wyonna Earp is about a girl with a six-shooter that can kill demons. It's based on the IDW comic book by Beau Smith, Wynonna Earp is the great-great-granddaughter of the famous lawman Wyatt Earp.  This time around, they're facing even greater evil than last season. Which, if you keep track of various shows like this, you know that as they escalate the threat, they can only go so far before it gets written into a corner and bores the crap out of viewers. But we have another few seasons before we hit that kind of theatrical suicide.

Face Off is bringing its amazing 12th season. IF you have not seen the show, you should at least watch a few of their episodes. It's amazing to see how some of the monster effects are created!

Blood Drive is a new show that stars Alan Ritchson (Smallville) and Christina Ochoa (Animal Kingdom). The show is set in a dystopian future about a former cop (Alan Ritchson) partnered up with a dangerous femme-fatale (Ochoa) while they take part in a death race where their cars run on human blood.  (OMG... really?) It's a derivitive of the Grindhouse movie realm, where “This highly stylized roller coaster ride is a throwback to 1970s grindhouse cinema, the combination of gritty action and dark humor can push the envelope in some fun and unexpected ways.” (As Syfy president Dave Howe noted in a press release back in July 2015.

Killjoys sees our heroes forming an army to fight a bigger battle than last season.

Sharknado 5 (working title) sees Fin Shepard (Ian Ziering) and April Wexler (Tara Reid) back at it with chainsaws and bionic powers as they face off against a global-wide rain of sharks this time around. There's no funky descriptive title announced yet for this fishy rain storm movie.
